Who controls your data

MenuFrame is operated by OmegaSkiller EOOD, a company established in Bulgaria. OmegaSkiller EOOD is the controller of personal data collected through this early-access service. Contact us atsupport@menuframe.app.

What we collect

We collect the information needed to create and manage early access: email address, restaurant or cafe name, city, country, selected launch plan, account and email-confirmation status, and your optional marketing preference. We also receive limited technical and usage information, such as page visits, referral information, browser/device details, and conversion events.

Account details are required to reserve access. Marketing consent is optional and is not required to create an account.

Why we use it

We process account and venue details to provide the early-access service, secure accounts, respond to requests, and prepare for product access. We rely on steps requested before providing a service and our legitimate interests in operating and protecting MenuFrame. We use limited analytics to understand whether the site and signup flow work, subject to applicable privacy and electronic-communications rules.

We send promotional or product-update messages only when you have opted in or another lawful basis applies. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time by using an unsubscribe link or emailing us. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing.

Service providers and transfers

We use Supabase for authentication and database services, Vercel for hosting, and Umami for analytics. These providers process data on our behalf under their applicable terms. Data may be processed outside Bulgaria or the European Economic Area; where required, we use an approved transfer mechanism or other appropriate safeguard.

We do not sell early-access signup data.

Retention

We keep early-access records while your account is active and for up to 12 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless a longer period is required for security, legal claims, or compliance. We delete or anonymize records when they are no longer needed. If you object to marketing, we may retain a minimal suppression record so we do not contact you again.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your personal data, or object to processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. Emailsupport@menuframe.appto make a request or delete your early-access account. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

You may also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection or the supervisory authority where you live or work.

Changes

We may update this notice as MenuFrame develops. Material changes will be posted here and, where appropriate, communicated to registered users before they take effect.
